Located in the "El Dorado" district of Sa Coma at 500 metres from the resort centre and the beach, the Safari Park Aparthotel offers 616 self catering apartments and studio flats, built over 6 floors and surrounded by gardens. Built in 1994 and renovated during 2002, the hotel is part of the Protur Hotels chain, which has many other complex along the east coast of Majorca.
All studios and apartments at the Safari Park are either air conditioned and equipped en suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer, kitchenette (only the apartments) with microwave, toaster and fridge, lounge with additional sofa beds, piped music, telephone, satellite TV and either a balcony or terrace. The one bed-roomed apartments fit up to 3 adults and 1 child, and for large families it has apartments with a door that communicates with a double room. Disabled Access on communal areas.
Guest facilities include a 24 hour reception with currency exchange service and a luggage room, laundry service, Internet terminals, and a choice of air conditioned buffet style restaurants.
The hotel offers different board arrangements, including an all inclusive package with consists of breakfast, Proty snack, lunch, cakes and coffee, dinner children's ice-creams throughout the day and drinks (including national alcoholic drinks) and fruit until 24:00. Please note that bracelets must be worn.
From 1st April to 31st October the Protur Safari Park, together with other 3 Protur establishments nearby (Protur Vista Badía, Protur Sa Coma Playa and Protur Badía Park), forms part of the Club Protur Sa Coma Resort, where you can enjoy a number of activities for free such as swimming pools, games, more than 20 sports (including archery, skating, squash, volley ball and mini golf among many others) and a hydro-thermal circuit in “Biomar Thalassa & Wellness”.
Around the Hotel there are 4 golf clubs where guest can take advantage of major discounts.
The Protur Safari Park has two nurseries for children from 4 to 12 years, supervised by children's entertainers plus a children's playground called Paradis Park for children to enjoy.
During the evening, the complex also runs some adult entertainment which includes live music, cabaret and other professional shows.
