Part of the Iberostar Hotel & Resorts group, the Iberostar Club Cala Barca is located in a pine wood next to the cove known Barca Trencada (which literally translated would mean broken boat) and only 700 metres away from the Cala Mondrago beach. Built in 1989 and renovated during 2001, the hotel features 779 rooms distributed across 25 separate 2 storey buildings, including apartments, duplex apartments and studios.

All the apartments and studios at the Iberostar Club Cala Barca are air conditioned and come equipped with fully equipped bathroom with hairdryer, a living room/dining room with two sofa beds, kitchenette, a separate bedroom, Satellite TV, safety box and a balcony or terrace with views over Majorca's coast. The duplex apartments have up to six beds, while the studios have just two and are suited for couples.

Hotel facilities include a 24 hour reception with currency exchange service, luggage rooms for late departures, public Internet terminals, laundry and medical services and a supermarket.

The complex offers an extensive range of restaurants and snack bars (in fact, 8 of them), serving Italian dishes, Majorcan food, and International cuisine, as well as cocktails and a wide range of selected drinks.

Leisure and Sport facilities include four pools (which are also suitable for children), a children's playground, mini club and teenie club, massage service, scuba diving school, four tennis courts, archery and rifle shooting, table tennis, aqua gym and aerobics.

Furthermore, the complex has its own entertainment team which organises daily activities for both adults and children as well as a nightly program with music, shows, dancing sessions and live performances.
