Located on a small hill on the Torrenova rocky headland (which separates Magaluf and Palma Nova) and facing the Magaluf bay, the Hotel Florida is just a few minutes walking from the resort centre and the Punta Ballena nightlife area.
Renovated in 2002, the Florida has 210 rooms (9 of them singles) distributed over its 9 storey building, all of them equipped with bathroom, telephone, ceiling fan, safe box and balcony or terrace. The most of them have good views to the Magaluf bay and the sea, which can be accessed from the hotel by a stairs way.
Hotel Florida facilities include swimming pool with sun beds and sun terraces, barbecue, buffet restaurant and Internet corner. Other facilities offered by the hotel include various activities such as tennis, mini golf, water sports and cycling. some days the hotel runs nightlife entertainment on the bar at the ground.
Bookings can be made on breakfast or half board basis, and the food is served in the buffet restaurant. Those bookings only bed and breakfast have many restaurants and bars in the area surrounding the hotel and the beach front.
