Part of the Orient-Express group of hotels, the luxurious La Residencia Hotel & Spa hewn from local stone, tucked into the foothills of the Tramuntana mountains, in the small village of Deya. The hotel consists of two manor houses dating from the XVI and XVII centuries, carefully and lovingly restored.

Guest rooms at La Residencia are divided in to 3 categories. the rooms, the suites and the villa, all of them with unique decoration and Majorcan furniture.Rooms come all equipped with TV, DVD, free Wi-Fi access and a mp3 player, among other facilities. Suites are divided also in to different categories: Junior Suites, Luxury suites, Tramuntana suites and the Tower suite. As an example, Suites 54, 66 and 67 come with private terraces and pools, while the Tramuntana suites are nestled into a mountainside and offer gardens and heated plunge pools.The Tower suite, built as a watchtower, has magnificent views in all directions providing a superb panorama of the mountains, village and sea.

The Villa, formerly a private residence, is based a few minutes walk from the hotel and offers deluxe self-catering accommodation overlooking the village of Deià and offering stunning views towards the Mediterranean.

Facilities available at La Residencia are too many to list them, but both the SPA and the Restaurant El Olivo have to be highlighted. El Olivo, a refurbished 16th century olive press and run by the hands of Guillermo Mendez, is known to be one of the best restaurants in whole island.

Please note: Children under the age of 10 are only allowed at La Residencia on these dates: July 1st - August 15th, October 21st - 31st, and December 22nd - January 5th.
