The 4 star Prinsotel La Pineda Aparthotel is located at 600 metres from the Cala Guya beach and only 500 metres from the Cala Ratjada port. Built in 1987 and completely renovated during 2002, the complex features 151 one bedroom apartments plus 200 double rooms distributed across 9 low rise modern buildings and surrounded by 23.000 square metres of Med style gardens and the pool area.
The apartments are all equipped full en suite bathroom with hairdryer, 2 beds plus one sofa bed in the living room, and kitchenette with fridge. Double rooms have either one double bed or twins beds. All come equipped with air conditioning have full bathrooms with hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone, safety deposit box to rent and a either balcony or terrace.
Hotel facilities include a 24 hour reception with luggage rooms for late departures and currency exchange service, lounge and bar, air conditioned buffet style restaurant, games room, cars, moped and bicycle hire service and laundry and medical services. Additionally, the hotel is located next to plenty of supermarkets and souvenir shops.
Sport and leisure facilities available at the Prinsotel La Pineda include a large outdoor swimming pool with complimentary sun loungers and parasols, children's playground and mini club, a smaller indoor heated swimming pool with gym and 4 tennis courts.
Furthermore, the La Pineda has its own animation team which organises a large selection of daily activities such as archery, gymnastics, water polo or boccia, as well as a selection of activities for children available at their "Hobby Club". During nighttime, the hotel also organizes a mini disco for the youngest followed by shows, live music and dancing for the adults.
